      Yep, It's definitely an XJ.

      Do you have any documentation...
Verification that it was used in an episode of Miami Vice...
      Clear Title....
      All the usual stuff?

Does it run... or is it down due to storage?

It says best offer... what region of price are you hoping for?
'82 XJ1100J Maxim (has been sold.)

'79 F "Time Machine"... oh yeah, Baby.... (Sold back to Maximan)

        Reply to XJOK2PLAY questions

        1) Title is clear

        2) the bike was 1 of a handful used by the "bad guys" in the "viking bikers from hell" episode, But Unfortunately NOT used by Don Johnson, so the TV fact is more to show the bike was used and then stored. if you go to HULU .com you can pull the episode and the bike shows up at about 16 minute mark, and is NOT a Feature of the episode, and no current paper trail or document. there are 2 safety bar brackets still attached to the bottom of the frame. a car fax may show the other registrant and that could be matched to the crew list or producer on Wikipedia, I haven't taken it that far yet. A good friend owned the bike before me and gave me that info .

        3) offers have been coming in between $300-$500 so far. so the first real offer in that range that shows up wins. a deciding factor would also be a "good home" It would be nice to see it running and used, not parted out.

        4) Carb is not on the bike, it was rebuilt and stored in a safe place so bike is not running, but motor has been turned and gears checked by prospective buyer
