    Is it me or does this seem to be on the high side?

    No mention of year, model (obvously a std tho), mileage, and a 11CC motor and in "good" condition. yep a bit pricy for what I have seen for sale. But that is even what the buyer wants and willing to pay.

          I think you guys are on the money. The paint looks questionable, though hard to tell in those fuzzy pics, no mention of mileage, but I'd say it's high by about a grand. Plus, it's a standard. LOL
          I hate advice.. unless I'm giving it.

            That is an 80 Special. Headlight, tank, forks, exhaust, slotted rotors, seat, brab bar, all say Special. No black ring on the timing cover says 80, so could be an 81 with switched out covers. It might not be worth the $1200 to me , but it is worth alot more than the barn find I picked up over the fall for $200. Seen a whole lot worse go for that kind of money.
