Almost looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. How can I get my engine to shine like that?

I'm the guy that got the 1978 XS Eleven that was in Medford, Oregon. Had it shipped to northwest Florida and it arrived yesterday (7.6.2009). Brings back memories of the one that I bought new in 1978.

Congrats on the purchase and welcome to the forum. The guys on here are awesome. If you have any questions about the bike, somebody here will be able to answer it. Let us know how she runs.

I found this site which says that $4000 in 1978 dollars is like $13,000 in today dollars!

Congrats on the buy! I think that one would definitely make the calendar here. Check out the threads on the 2010 calendar.
