Looks like it would be complete with a seat. Just a Harlified Standard form what I see. I certainly would not pay that for it, but I did not pay that for my stock special that is in decent condition with 23,400 on the clock.
I definitely would want to see what they are calling a seat before ponying up any dough.Life is what happens while your planning everything else!
