        The owner found a closed down Yamaha dealership with a brand new 1978 XS11 engine still in the crate and bought it through a silent auction for $1, so he wants to pass the saving onto you! That's my theory and I'm sticking to it!

          I actually called on this bike. The lady I spoke to told me that it has a rebuilt engine and the picture with the pipe off was in the process of the engine going back in. looks like a very clean bike.Asking price is now $900.
