This bike is in good shape.
    Here's what I've done:
1st gear fix per "How-to" section.
    Replaced clutch springs with OEM.
Replaced rip seat with cover but didn't glue it down. Still looks pretty good IMHO.
    Rebuilt petcocks.
Replaced fuse box with OEM glass fuse type. It was the only way I could fit my side cover without cutting it.
Tires are dunlop 491's about 50% left.
Changed plugs about 1000 miles ago about same time I did tranny.
One of the turn signals in front is a little bent. I set the bike down in front of my neighbors backing out his drive and turning at the same time .
It runs great. Very smooth. I just don't ride enough to justify having 2 bikes.
Bike has 36,000 miles on it. What else?
    $1200.

Why does the tank look purple and not black to match the side covers??

I painted the side covers. They were missing parts of the Maxim sticker so I scraped off the sticker and painted it black.
Just for the record, it's not pristine in appearance. I remembered after posting I'm also missing 1 sidecover screw on the clutch plate. Mechanically it runs very smooth and LOTS of power, but I usually only take it up around 85 on the interstate and still have 2 inches of throttle.
      Thanks for asking.
