I just talked with the owner today, and will be picking it up Friday morning. I will have my first special, after all my standard models...

Boo hooo (sob) ...Nice one, Ray

Guess you've saved me from falling deeper into the 'pit' of XSiveness. I actually haven't even picked the most recent one I bought. Why would I need another anyway? Thanks, I guess

While you're waiting to pick that rough lookin' thang up ... lol .... might wanna' take a set of Std bars to the powder coater ... having been' a Std man all your life, them pullbacks are gonna' feel kinda' funny to ya', I bet.

Nice Score DiverRay. Looks to be in great shape.

I sure do notice a lot of nice bikes are always listed in the SanFrancisco Bay area.

Congratulations Diver Ray, I know we are all looking forward to seeing some close up pics of that new special of yours. I would have jumped on it in a heartbeat however my garage already has three bikes.

                        Brian,
Thats a funny thing you mention regarding the number of vintage bikes in the bay area. IMHO I think it may be a combination of high population covering a large geography, California prosperity, and lack of salt on the roads. Any thoughts??

                          EGRON,
This gives me four bikes, two that run, one needing transmission work, and one with the cases split. I am looking forward to later this morning, when I should be riding it home, over the GG bridge!
If you are not doing much this weekend, check the southwest rally section. You could see the bike in person!!
