I'm selling my XJ11 Maxim with 18,500 miles ['cause we just bought a '79 XS11]. It has a 1980 XS11 engine in it with a Wiseco 1200 piston kit. PO had grenaded original unit. In Nov. I replaced middle gearbox, gasket, oil etc.
Loaded with goodies, she's set up for highway cruising; has Brand New saddlebags, tool roll, Slipstreamer fairing & mounts, good V-Max Shocks, air-ride fork works, brand new tires, newer battery, clean set of Softail mufflers w/ pleasant sound. Has oem rack, sissy bar w/ zipper pouch. Recent oil/filter change. Everything works, starts right up, has super performance, no smoke, no tranny issues.
Comfy seat needs one mount clip on rt side, tank has 1 ding near emblem, otherwise she's pretty clean, rides great.
