    I would like to either purchase one of these or a kit to rebuilt

      The pin in those kits is too short. See the workaround in post #10 in the link below.

      I've had a couple of failed attempts at rebuilding vacuum petcocks. I thought the o'ring was wrong. I tried that. No help. Currently, I'm running some manual taps. @GLJ has solved the issue. https://www.xs650.com/threads/81-special.65260/page-4 I have an unused diaphragm from Dime City...


      I have purchased the diaphragm from both of those vendors. They are the same K&L part. I reached out to K&L. No response. K&L appears to be the only game in town. I did that fix on my Eleven Special and it worked great. Be gentle. Maybe buy two.
