Wanted: Left side cover for 1980 XS1100G

The title pretty much explains it, needing a left side cover (over battery) for my recently purchased 1980 XS1100G. It's the dark red/black color combo but at this point I'd settle for pretty much anything that will fit, paint is cheap and easy and I'm not looking to do a concurs restoration, just protection.

Did you ever find your side cover? I have one with tab and lock intact. You can have it for C$2200 and I will throw in the rest of the bike. Runs well, looks good, just not riding any more.

That's certainly a good price and I AM in the market for a replacement bike but unfortunately Florida is a long and cold ride to get to where you are!

Have a look on the UK eBay, they quite often come up for sale. Plus there is someone who 3D prints side panels for about £50

Yes, Florida is about as far away as one could get from here. Cheers
