    78 square speedo

My old speedo has croaked. Needle broke off previously but mid-ride it decided to stop twitching, and the ODO and trip gave up as well. Anyone have a unit knocking around? Doesn't need to have perfect cosmetics but I'm not looking to rebuild any that are slow to react, unless that's all that's on the menu anyway. Thanks!

It actually looks like I might be all set, the speedo cable itself looks fried apparently. Neglected to lube the dang thing, sorry all.
