Looking for a back rest pad

One that is similar to this but the person doesn't think it's worth its weight in gold. I have the luggage rack. Just looking for a back rest I can add on my bike. Don't care to much about the condition as I can always do some restore if the price is right.

Here is a link to a current ebay listing to show what I mean. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1980-Yamaha-...1X4YpE&vxp=mtr

Thanks but that is just the pad. I need the bar that would fit into the luggage rack I already have. From there I can put any pad on it.

I see that is the carrier mount and slide-in backrest originally used on the 81Venturer 1100. Presume that is the style carrier rack you have?
