I went the route of diaphragms from JBM Industries for my '81 project and am very happy. Obviously finding someone here willing to offer up a good assembly would be cheapest.
They currently run $19.50/ea + 7.50 shipping. All 4 should probably be converted together to their replaceable diaphragms, though.

Well
I only need one to finish a set of SG carbs. I have a box full of holed diaphrams with good slides (early and later carbs), that I was going to make a little project of re-doing them but not until I have more sick carbs to put them in.mack

According to their website, they will ship any number and any size items for a flat rate of $14.00 USD anywhere in North America, except HI and AK (and tires cost more).Marco
