If I remember correctly, the diemater is different between the 80 slide and diaphram and the 81 and 82(XJ) slide diaphram assembly for fitment. Someone may jump in for any correction.

80, 81, and XJ take the same diaphragm. 78 and 79 have a different slide and diaphragm.

Meant to say the late carbs, XS and XJ, take the same diaphragms AND slides.

I went the route of diaphragms from JBM Industries for my '81 project and am very happy. Obviously finding someone here willing to offer up a good assembly would be cheapest.

They currently run $19.50/ea + 7.50 shipping. All 4 should probably be converted together to their replaceable diaphragms, though.

Edit: I assumed your slide is good, which may not be the case

            Well

I only need one to finish a set of SG carbs. I have a box full of holed diaphrams with good slides (early and later carbs), that I was going to make a little project of re-doing them but not until I have more sick carbs to put them in.

I'm not sure, but Sirius Consolidated may ship domestic to Canada. Diaphragms are in the link.

                Well,

According to their website, they will ship any number and any size items for a flat rate of $14.00 USD anywhere in North America, except HI and AK (and tires cost more).
