Had the same thing happen to one of my seats a few years ago. I have the foam for an 78 King queen the you can cut down. You can have it for shipping cost.

Shipping cost.
As I posted this I remembered that I have a 79 F seat in the garage. the pan is rusted out but the rest of the parts are there.
This one I would do $20 +shipping. pm me if interested.
