The oversized pistons are pretty rare. They weren't really needed by the time the parts were all discontinued by mamma yamaha. Oversized rings are easy to come by, but pistons are not.

Your best bet would be to buy one of the big bore kits off ebay. People here have used them and say they are decent quality and have put many miles on them.

Second best option is to just get a different engine.

Strange how you can get the oversize rings but not the pistons to put them on eh.....

If you want to get crazy and go big I have a set of Russ Collins engineering pistons that are huge and very domed, with valve reliefs cut into them. IIRC they are about 74mm in diameter and will net out about 1203 cc's.
Trouble is I am missing one compression ring. I did briefly look for one but never really persued it that much so they may be out there. The cylinder walls are pretty thin using this set though.

Couple of more parts bikes of which 2 more will live!

The Wiseco 74mm kit gives 1179cc and theres a cheaper brand with 74.5 pistons which gives 1196cc so your bad boys must be about 75mm, holy big bore batman lol....

They are stamped inside the top of the piston as RC Eng 75K. When I measure them I get about 74.80 to 74.88 at the widest part, but my calipers are not quite large enough to get to where I need to be to measure them properly.
They were installed on a XS11, I used to have the jugs they were in, but I tossed it after it was damaged figuring that if I ever used it I would be boring out a different set anyways. The sleeves were quite thin, I do remember that!
I never used them, nor do I have any idea how they worked out. I bought them with a bunch of other parts from a former member here. Many of the longer time members here would remember CrazyCanuk who had them previously. There may even be threads about these pistons somewhere on the site.
Thing is without that piston ring or a suitable replacement all they are is desktop weights. Only someone experienced with these pistons would know what clearances they would need and using clay on the heads to check valve clearances etc would be very important.
Mostly I was just showing you what is out there but if it was something you would put the effort into getting running, I could make you a pretty sweet deal. Of course shipping would be out of this world and then back, I am sure.
Sometimes I just drool at the thought of actually installing them and running this set in a bike and may someday have time and funds to do it.

RC Engineering sure made some full-on max performace products back in the day, turbo set-up, etc. for the beast.

Yeah, Russ Collins made some crazy 3 and 4 engined Honda 4 cyl drag bikes back in the 60s 70s. Passed away a year ago.
