Looking to purchase a 1980 special frame with title. I live near Washington DC and have family in Pennsylvania so if someone has a frame in that area of the country for sale I am interested (willing to drive a few hours). If the frame comes as a parts bike I am ok with that too at the right price. I have a good running bike which has a frame that was recently bent up in an accident. I want to keep the bike going on another frame. I am only interested in a 1980 special.
