    1980 Valve Cover

    Hi, I'm looking for a valve cover for an 80 Special. Shipping to 49441. Thanks!!
    1979 XS1100SF with a Jardine 4 into 1, ZRX 1200 carbs, 82 XJ rear air shocks, ACCT

      As long as it is not a midnight special engine it does not matter what year the valve cover comes from since they are all the same.

              NOT!...............all the same, cept for the black wrinkle-finish on Midnite's,81Specials/Venturers.

                  What is different about the 81sh and 81h valve cover? The MNS are black (but are still identical shape). I know the engine side covers are different on the 81's since they have the circle cast into them (but again are still identical shape). There are no special things cast into the valve covers.

                  Please Brant, enlighten me on this one?

                          They are all the same other than the paint. I have a stack of them.

                          I like the black with the brushed aluminum finns covers so I painted my own with spray on truck bed liner.
