  • Caliper Pistons for Model S(F)

    I'm looking for my XS 1100 Eleven Special Model SF S/N 3H4001161
    2 Front caliper pistons Model SS12, Dia 42,7 mm or 1 11/16", Total heigth 33,5 mm or 1 5/16" , working heigth 26,9 mm or 1 1/16"
    1 Rear caliper piston Model 10H Dia 38,1 mm or 1 1/2", total heigth 41,4 mm or 1 5/8", working length 33 mm or 1 5/16".
    Must be new or at least without pitting or scratches.

      The rear piston is pretty readily available. It is the same as all three pistons on the standard models. It is the front pistons you will have a tough time finding.

            I did the same thing, but dimensions were far off (didn't check them on forehand) so we agreed to send them back. It looks like the SF model has a different brake system. Front brake pads are extremely skewed and look like they are worn but new ones are also like that.
            Anyhow, I ordered the pistons from HVCCYCLE and they can supply me with the correct ones. Thanks anyway.
