    I am looking for a stock seat for a 79 special. I have the saddleman double bucket and want a stock one.

    I'm pretty sure I have one. I'll post some pictures so you can see it and someone can tell us if it isn't for a 79 special.

      Thanks man, I appreciate it. I am not 100% sure on what they should look like either. If any differences in the years or not.

        The XS1100SF seat is one year, one model only. This is the only seat that fits. No other year or model seat fits the '79 Eleven Special.

                Not my eBay item, and it doesn't look like the seat above. Don't know if you're interested anyway. The auction ends tomorrow morning (or potentially catch it on a re-list).

                  That one looks like it's for a standard. The telling feature is the straight edge along the bottom. the special seats are slightly "vee'd".
