78E Fork Cap

Anyone have a 78E fork cap for sale?
I'm tearing down a 78E I acquired a while ago and found a surprise under one of the fork cap rubber covers:



I cut the groove on the left side, used an automatic center punch at the outermost edge to shock it, then a couple of whacks against a screwdriver in the groove and it came right out.

I don't know how it's possible to do this much damage...
