does anyone have one for sale (hopefully in the Chico, Calif area) that the working surface is ding and pit free?

You can buy new stainless steel pistons from hvc cycle. I think they have a real website as well as an eBay store.Nathan

Try going to http://xjbikes.com/Forums/viewtopic/t=40222.html and see if there is any available through the XJ4Ever site. They have loads of parts that fit these bikes. Crush washers to brake rotors and everything between is available. Most XS and XJ bikes brake parts are there. It is a bit tedious to look through all the list but most parts are there.2-79 XS1100 SF

I bought a couple from them and they are very well made. The only problem is you have to measure the one you have and go by the dimensions since their cross reference chart isn't up to date.Originally posted by natemoen View Post
