There are a few things I need for my XJ. I need an oil sending unit, must be XJ1100 or it probably won't work. I also need a fuel tank sending unit for an XS1100 Special. I have the XJ sending unit but I'm sure it's different so it's not working with my gauge cluster. I also need new float needles and seats if anyone has an extra set. That should be all.

You are going to need the fuel sending unit from the virago you got the gauges off of.Nathan

The virago has the warning light. Honestly if all it has is a light I wouldn't worry about it. Run it with the petcocks in the on position until it starts sputtering then switch to reserve. You'll have about 20mi worth of gas to find a gas station.Greg
