    Frame with title?

Trying to get my xs street legal but the guy that gave me the bike didn't have a title. Its a 79 xs11s. Anyone have a frame with title they can part with?

Is an 11F standard the same frame? I have one with title.
79 F; CNC cut 2nd gear dogs; Ported/Milled head; Modded Airbox 8x8 bottom auto filter; more initial timing adv. , less Cent., no Vac. Adv.

An F frame and an SF frame are different in some areas.

The way the side covers mount, the rear foot peg /exhaust bracket mounting points come to mind. Possibly the way the seats mount as well.

There may be other issues, but those are what come to mind for me.

I think you got tarzan confused with shousey440

So the frame from shousey440 may be still available

                      1977 XS650D ( patiently awaiting resto)

Sometimes it takes a whole tank of gas before you can think straight.

I have a few frames, but i wonder how it would work having a Canadian frame shipped there and if the title issues would be the same. I am pretty sure if that worked that Andreas would have shipped a few by now. JAT

I imagine it might be a bit costly for one to ship, and second, the whole out of country title may be another issue. Canada and the US aren't the most friendly when it comes to any affairs of the state regarding anything.

I don't know about the country to country thing, but I shipped a frame last weekend from Arizona to North Carolina for about $90.
