  • WTB: Straight pipe slippers

Well, I got back from a 1,665 mile road trip (Atlanta to Springfield, MO and back) and on the return trip cracked a can on the 80SG. Now that she's rumbling louder, I think I want to keep the sound. Can this be as simple as installing straight pipes? If so, anyone got a set they can part with on the cheap-cheap?

    Peace!

These bikes don't like straight pipes. They need the back pressure from a real muffler to be able to tune the engine to any acceptable level.
