I was taking my bike for a spin today, to try out my new highway pegs I just installed, and when I got home I find that I can see my battery. I scratched my head for a minute and then realized that some time during my ride the left side cover decided to go its own way. So I need a new cover for the left side on my 80 XS1100 G. If you have both sides that are unbroken I'll take them both cause my right side is broken at well and will probably decide it will want to part ways soon as well.

It looks very similar, just some slight differences.
Here it my side cover on bike about 30 minutes before it decided it wanted to be free.
I plan on repainting the bike this winter so I am not worried about color, even a slight style difference is not bad. As long as it will hang in the proper place on the bike I can modify it as much as I need.
Here are the general measurements. They are rough, as long as they are close I can make it work.
Thanks for everything, if that is about the same size as the one you have send me a PM.80 G

Vanlome, that side cover that you gave in that pic is not correct for your bike. So you don't even want one that looks the same as that!
If your other side looks basically the same then that one is wrong as well!
What you have there is side covers for a 78-79 standard!Nathan
