ignition assy w/ timing cover, front rotors, etc.

Need a complete ignition assy w/ timing cover for an '80 standard G. Also both front rotors, a windshield for a Vetter Windjammer. Left saddlebag of the ABS type with the lock on the inside/top of the bag. Proverbial blind old lady whacked me last week, and trying to salvage a total from the ins. co. .
I live in N. Brookfield, MA. 01535. Thanks.

What type of Windjammer do you have? I have a windshield for the type 4 and one for the type 5. Yours for $5.00 plus the cost of shipping.

ignition assy. w/ timing cover, front rotors, etc.

Not really sure. It's off an '80 standard G. It has the square headlight & turn signals, 7 mounting screws w/ 2 clips at the top on either side. Has a Yamaha nameplate that the electrical plug-in for the lights mounts thru. I have pics I can email, if you give me an address. What kind of shape are they in, and what height? I never measured it, but I think the old one was 22"
tall. It's a great price. I only ask because mine was too tall, by a few inches; I had to look thru it a lot, unless I stretched. Thanks.

                  Larry,
Looked on a website that sells new WS for Vetter's, and can't see a lot of difference between the 3,4, or 5 in shape. It asks if you have 9 mounting holes, or 7 with the 2 clips on all of them. Will be out most of today(Sat.), but if you shoot me that email, I'll send some pics. Thanks.

                    Hi,

Sorry for the delay. They both have 7 mounting holes. The only difference is that one is 1/2" taller, slightly more curved and 1" wider at the top. That one is for the Vetter 4, if I remember correctly. You can have them both, the difference in shipping is about $4.50. USPS is about $15 to $20 and UPS is $20 to $25. The extra $5 is for the cost of a box and packing materials.
