79 SF XS1100 "Picky" stock with harley mufflers -
After doing some research on this subject, I've found that any 79-81 special tach will work. The 80/81's may have a little different wiring plug, but you could probably reuse your old plug with a little effort.Hi, my name is George & I'm a twisty addict!

Jeff, If/When you get it, I'd be interested in the speedo, or the old speedo off yours if you end up swapping out the whole unit.
