PLEASE Spacer collar for LHS rear wheel-part# 90387-20741-00

I'm looking for a collar that goes between the LHS bearing, under the oil seal, in the Clymer manual page 215, part #18. I've searched all the web, all the used parts links, and found no dealers with one in stock. It's usually called 'obsolete' -- but I need one. If you have a parts bike and want to sell it -- I'll take it. PM me or call --happy to pay for overnight shipping and a fair price for this essential and hard to find piece...thanks, truly.

i have the complete star gear with the part you need 30 dollars you can remove it or use my complete piece. came from special rim. rather not sell separate the part would be useless broken up.
