  • need side cover

i am looking for a 1981 special side cover.

i have looked all over ebay and cragslist and havent found the one i need. i have found plenty just not the one i want.

if the picture worked? i need the other side cover. it is the one that is held in by a key{lock}.

dont ask me how but i lost it traveling this winter. i live in michigan and im not afraid to ride when its zero out. im guessing the lock was froze and my carhartt's helped pull the cover off.

in case the pic doesnt work here is a link to the pic

I'd say you can easily expect to pay three times that much.

Which is why you need to put a reserve or start the bidding at the lowest price you are willing to take for them.

Lots of sellers are outrageous on their pricing but this is the other end of it. I would never have sold a nice set like that for what they went for.

I have a set to sell but they do not have the badges and have been painted a charcoal metallic. I'd have to see if they are the right ones, I got them in a lot and don't need them.
I'd let them go reasonable if you're interested.

For what those sold for I would have bought em and resold them. If I needed them they are worth $75.00 each in a pinch.
