Im just wondering where can i find the cheapest air filter, battery, and rear brake pads for 79 xs1100

The battery you'll probably do best on if you buy locally; mail order batteries don't always come with the acid, you'll end up having to buy it and wipe out any savings. Most auto parts stores carry bike batteries, check around. Typical prices are about $50-60 for the cheaper ones. Make sure you activate it properly before putting it into use or it won't last long....
Filter and brakes pad, I've got the best prices on eBay, but I'm not claiming that's the only place to look. The rear pads are the same as the 'standard' front pads, so pay attention to the listings.Fast, Cheap, Reliable... Pick any two
