  • Standard handle bars

    I am looking for a nice standard/euro handlebar to put on my 11H.

    The H should have something closer to the Euro handlebars than the normal standard bars already to clear the larger tank. If it doesn't, than a PO changed out the bars. Normal standard bars with the larger tank on the H model will tend to hit the tank at lock, so the bars that come on the H are a bit taller like the Euro bars are. I don't know if they have as radical a bend as the Euro bars however, but they should be standard style bars not the specials rototiller style or something else strange.

      Deniss Kirk sells Flanders handlebars, they make every dimension bars you can imagine. The XS standard bars are the same measurments as an early Kawasaki LTD 1000 (realy close), you can add or subtract from those measurments.

        Off an E...

        I have a nice set of the buckhorn bars that came on my E. How does $25 plus shipping sound? Interested?

            Buckhorns are what come stock on the specials.

              hmm...

              Oh man, I've been calling them the wrong thing? I thought the standards were called buckhorns as well. In any case, these were on my '78.

              Tonight I'll take some pics and measurements to make sure these are what you're looking for.

                Sorry for the delay; hectic weekend. As best as I could guess proper mounted orientation, the measurements are:

                Pullback = 9" -end of bar to center of middle section
                Height = 4" -end of bar above center of middle section (i.e. in pic 1, the height of that orientation would be 0")
                Width = 30.5"

                Here are a couple pics... Let me know if you're interested. Thanks. =)
