Are you talking about the screw that holds the outer pad in? Or the bolt that holds the caliper on the bracket?

I believe its the screw holding the outer pad in. The mechanic that changed the rear tire told me something on the rear brakes were missing. Do you happen to have both just in case?

I dont have any extra but both are replaceable with just a plain old bolt of the correct size. Any hardware store would have them, and it would be cheaper than anyone sending them to you. both bolts could be had for less than a couple of dollars.

Mark, the screw you're looking for wasn't sold as a separate part, it only came with a new pad set which is NLA from Yamaha. They can be hard to find as aftermarket sets rarely come with them, and the screws tend to get damaged or go missing over the years. But you can make a replacement...

Pick up a 5mm .8 pitch allen-head screw, 18 mm long (or .750", not including the head). Chuck the head into a drill, and file/sand the last 6 mm/.250" of thread off the end until it's .150" in diameter. Put a lockwasher on, and that's it...

Your front calipers use exactly the same parts, so if you want to see what one looks like, look there.
