Like the title says, looking for a set. Function matters, looks don't. I may be beating my head against a stone wall as I'm not sure anyone on here even runs them. Worth a shot though, even if they are not for an XS i can make them fit. Thanks, StreetBikeTommy P.S. prefferably with a mounted master cylinder.

I know about TC bros, those are set up to run a rod and a drum break. My bike is an LH with the rear disk, hence the master cylinder comment. Thanks for the response, if nothing comes up I may just hafta modify those...

Somewhere, there is a thread on how TC made his own. Very nice setup and not to hard to make really.

TC Bros work with the back disc brake, mine does

Hey StreetbikeTommy: I got the 81LH with exactly what your looking for. Just use the regular TC bros forwards for the xs1100. I took off the brake lever & cut it with a hack saw, have it pointed around 4:00, drilled a hole in it, & connected the rod fully to it without cutting the rods at all - full lenght both sides. Used TC Bros supplied rod kit with swivels. The same goes for the clutch side with the cut & drilled clutch arm pointing down around 6:00. Works awesome & both rods still go under both original driver footpegs. So I left them on for the passenger to strech out on. I had the same things on my xs650 - works awesome & way more comfy,oh & looks fantastic. I would never go back to the orig. pegs. I put these on b4 I even rode the bike. I don't know why on the TC bros page they used to show the installation with the rods bent - I don't get it, they work the full lenght supplied. - Dan

Give it a try, b4 you buy

Disconnect your back brake lever & point it down, as long as it puts pressure from the front side it will still activate the plunger that is on the current brake system. You can try the same with the clutch lever, just to give more confidence b4 you buy. So there you go - get your forwards & be comfortable man. If I only had a digital camera & knew how use it with computor stuff - Dan
