Rubber seat pad/Caliper Rebuild Parts

Anyone have a set of the rubber seat pads that go under the seat pan? Need a couple for a recently acquired bike.

Also, is the rubber O-ring that goes in the rear caliper available anywhere?

You can get rebuild kits for the calipers on Ebay, look for a seller named Georgefix. He has all the kits for forks, brakes, carbs, petcocks, and I think some wheel bearings as well. Good person to deal with as well.
