  • float needle, butterfly vale screw, choke rod snap ring

I am in need of a float needle valve, one of the 2 small screws that holds the butterfly valve in place and the small snap ring that holds the choke rod to the choke lever.
    I am working on a 1978 XS1100.

    Thanks

The snap rings can be had at most RC car/plane shops. I have a stack of them in my parts bin left over from my RC car days. Ace Hardware might even have them.

A used float valve won't be worth a damn, order a new one from bikebandit or ebay

Then I have one new one and 3 old ones?
Just trying to see if the bike will run.
If you have one, let me know.
        Otherwise it isn't helping.
        Thanks

Well I found a screw for the butterfly valve at Ace hardware and a snap ring at Napa.
I have ordered a float valve on ebay, but now they are telling me it won't be here til monday or tuesday of next week.
If anyone in the southeast USA has one they can stick in an envelope and send it, I could have it by this weekend.
I know it is a stretch, but I really want to get this thing running this weekend.
            I would appreciate any help.

            Thanks
