I recently bought a 1980 XS1100 Special and I've got some restoring to do. The tank I have has got so much rust that it would be cheaper just to get a new tank. If you have one hit me up with some pics and a price.

Gas tank
Hey, I have a tank for you. It is in really good shape on the inside, has a couple of small dents on the outside. Are you planning on painting everything? I paid $80 for it, was going to do a paint job for a friend of mine, never happened. Anyway let me dig around for it, I will send you some pics. Holler if interensted. Later, Hippie Dave. -
Hi Dave, I wasn't planning on painting it but I wouldn't mind it. If the tank is pretty clean on the inside then i wouldn't mind painting.Comment
