I have been putting off replacing the carbs on my 79Special, but my truck engine just seized up on me this morning and I have neither the time nor the money to fix it any time soon, so I need a commuter in the meantime. I will be happy to pay for shipping as well... I just need a good set of carbs that I can get on my bike in a hurry so I can go to work. Otherwise, I have a good two hour bus commute in the mornings. I would much rather be riding, especially since the weather just got nice here in Phoenix.

Why do you need to replace the carbs? Do you not have the set that came with the bike? Unless they are physically broken, they can always be rebuilt and will run perfectly.1980 XS850SG - Sold
