Hi Terry,
I have a rack made from six 14" lengths of 1/2" square chromed steel tubing with black plastic plugs in their ends welded to 12" square 1" x 1/8" chrome strip support frame.
I reckon it'd match your square tube seat back just nicely.
You'd be on your own for mounting hardware though.
If it were mine to do I'd use 1" x 1/8" anodized aluminum flatbar and polish the edges.
Yours for the $10 it cost me plus postage to the USA which I guess would be at least $25.
