Spark plug boots and standing handle

Hey everyone, I'm looking for the two short spark plug boots... They're available new but I just thought I'd see if anyone has extras to sell.

Also I need the standing handle that mounts on the left side of the bike by the rear shock to hold onto when putting it up on the center stand.
