  • XS1100SF Cylinder Head/Valves

A tuner toasted my valves on my 1979 XS1100SF Special when he was adjusting the shims and bent the valve stems. Before I commit harrycarry to the bike and part him out, I will try to slavage the engine if I can find a decent cylinder head and valves. If new valves for the bike is the only way to resurrect him, the cost of the valves and the mechanic time (no time of my own any more) will blow the budget out of the water and I will have to turn the bike over to my son to strip for parts and try to recoup my losses. Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks,

I have a spare cylinder head I could sell, send me a PM and we'll talk.
