I'm looking for a Negative side battery cable for my 82 XJ. If someone has one layin' somewhere they want to get rid of let me know. I'm also looking for set of REAR floorboards. Something small that won't stick out a mile.
Thanks
Rob

Not to sound like a nag, but is there something special about this wire?

Not that I know of. The one I have now is a braided ground strap. I just thought if someone had one and they wanted put a couple bucks in their pocket, it would save me from having to drive 30 miles to the closest wrecker search through a ton of bikes, pull it off myself and then pay the owner that is a complete A$$h#le.He thinks he should get top dollar for every part he HAS and someone needs.
He says he'll mount and balance your own tires but then bitches cuz you didn't buy them from him. Just don't want to deal with the guy.
It's about 6-8" long but other than that I don't think it is anything special.

I hate those kind of guys. Lots of junk yards are becoming that way. That's a nice bike you've got there. Hopefully in a month or so I can show my pics with a little pride. Good luck on your hunt.
