I'm looking for 1980 XS1100 side covers

I'm looking for some sidecovers for my 1980 XS1100 (most importantly the left side). Checked everywhere (eBay had some 79's but I know they're different), picked up some from MikesXS, didn't realize there was such a huge size difference between the 650's and the 1100's so those ones don't fit for me.

Specials and standards do not interchange. You'll have to specify.

I went through this recently. If you watch eBay long enough, they'll come up. '80 and '81 Specials share side covers.

80 special covers

I just bought a pair of covers off a Midnight Special (so 80 or 81) for my project bike that included the LH manual and supposedly factory bandaids (yeah WTF is that about, thye knew you'd get a booboo riding your 1100?) off of ebay. I paid about $30, bu tthe right side cover was broken at one of the top holes where it slides around the pin. Thus the reason I got them a little cheap and I am painting a good one I had to put the emblem on it.

Anyway, keep a watch on ebay and they do pop up from time to time. But a left cover intact is tough to come by.
