      Side covers

I do not know. It has the more bulbous tank and rear seat fairing or cowl. I think standard?

If it's a '78, it's a standard; there was no Special that year.

Best bet is watch Ebay; these can be extremely hard to find and usually pricey. The models to look for are 78 or 79 standards, and can be identified by the little 'ear' on the top forward edge. Finding good ones is tough, as most will have some damage (the 'lock catch' on the left side cover will be broken on nearly all you see).

        Good luck!

That broken lock catch is what allowed my left side cover to fall off on the freeway last week... I am in the process of engineering a lock catch "implant" that will replace the broken ones.
