Left and Right side battery covers.

looking for the left and right side covers for my 79 xs1100. its a special but if the normal ones work for the special then ill be interested in them.

I just went through this with my SG. First, you need to specify which model your bike is. XS1100F or XS1100SF? (standard or Special)

You'll probably have to resort to eBay and be prepared to spend plenty.

is there a difference in the size? i dont really care for what the tags say lol they are gonna come off anyway. but IF they are its an xs1100sf

Yes. For the most part, side covers are not interchangeable.
