#1 carb body 80-81

I need a #1 carb body (the one with the choke lever on it) for a 3U9 (1980-81 Special) set of carbs.

Just need the body, I have everything else.

I am new to this rebuilding carbs. I need a ? #3. third carb in from the choke. I split the aluminum trying to remove the jet. do you know were I can get one or is it reccomended to replace all 4.

You can get a single carb, but you need to make sure it's the same series. There are 2 main types for the xs11, 78-79, and 80-81.

I need a #1 for an 80-81 set.

are the carbs numbured from the choke out, and if so can a #2 be used as a #3. I am assumeing #1 and #4 need to stay in there position.

You may broaden your search to XS650 for the same year. The carburetor bodies are the same. I just replaced my #4 with a carburetor from a XS650.

Yes, choke side is 1, then 2-4.

There are left and right carbs, 1 and 3 have the fuel inlet on thier right sidem, and 2 and 4 are opposite.

I would assume that 1 is unique, due to the chaoke mount. But 2 and 4 are probably the same, although you would have to muck around with the linkages. This would make 3 unique as well.
