79 Special . . need fork seals, front brake pads and clutch plates . . .

I ride the snot out of my baby, but am not a mechanic, so I need some help. Is there a preferred vendor for friction plates? Also, I need new front brake pads, fork seals and dust boots. Any suggestions are appreciated.
