I'm looking for a seat base to build a custom seat from. Condition of foam & cover unimportant. Can anyone help?

I have a 80 XS1100 king/queen seat I don't need nor want... It's in fine shape, the leather is severely sun rotted, but not torn up yet, crackles with any slight finger pressure though. How much would u be willing to gimme for it? I'm sure shipping would be murder...
