i can sell you a carb diaphram. i think it's from a 82 if that matters??? do you need the needle too??? make me a decent offer and it's yours.
you could just go buy some nice accell wires they have them at autozone. you can get i universal set.

There is a tech article on xs11.com somewhere that shows how to replace the plug wires on the stock coils. it takes some cutting into the coils. The other option is the mikes xs coils that have replaceable wires in them.

I have a set of parts carbs from a pre 80, the ones with the adjustable needle. they aren't fully complete, but could be made to run fairly easily, which I would sell the whole thing for a reasonable price, if you find you need that.
