Looking for a set of carbs, or a needle and needle jet or just one carb for a 79 special. I've been chasing a rich condition on #4 and I'm pretty sure its a worn out and damaged emulsion tube. Marked 266 - X2 with needle 5GZ6.

Have you looked at carbkitscapital.com They sale needles and rebuild kits. partsnmore.com has some carb stuff too. Hope this helped. -
Also check with motorcyclecarbs.com. They stock only OEM when possible, AND the owner is a member of the Yamaha Triples forum, so he knows his Yamahas.Comment
