Want To Buy 1982 Xj1100 Frame and Title

I have given up on getting the title for a 1982 XJ100 i bought.
I really need a frame and title.
I live in the Western part of Kentucky and would be willing to travel to pick up a frame. Roy

Isn't there a title service you can use? It seems it would be better to pay for that service than replace the frame.

I need a bill of sale with a notory seal from the previous owner in Texas to use a title service. He has been very hard to get in contact with.I actually have not been able to contact him at all since i bought the bike. I have a friend that lives a short distance from him and he has been doing the foot work on that end.

I'm at the point of selling the bike as a parts bike if i don't get the bike titled in the near future.
It's really a nice bike and it was to be my main rider.
The bike i am riding now will be sold this week and i will be without a bike to ride.
My shop is too small to store bikes. The shop is 14'X14' and i have five bikes in there now. Roy
